Seth Michael Goldstein has had his own practice since 1985, graduated from NYU Law School in 1976, admitted to the Bar in New York in February 1977, and admitted to the Federal Courts in the Eastern District and Southern District of New York.  Along with having a B.S in Math from the City College of New York in 1969, he also has a M.A. in Economics from Columbia University.  Goldstein is a member of the Queens County Bar Association, Supreme Court, Civil Court, and the Surrogate’s Court.
